ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer

It's no secret - fitness training has been proven to prevent disease, strengthen your health and improve your confidence and outlook on life. As an ISSA student working toward my certification to be a trainer, I'm learning about everything from muscle mechanics to flexibility and cardiovascular dynamics. So if you want to live a stronger and more confident life, I will soon have the training and the expertise to help you every step of the way.

Spartan SGX Coach

A proprietary system emphasizing foundational bodyweight movements and periodized training, Spartan training can benefit everyone, even if they are not training for a Spartan Race. Spartan SGX builds balanced, multi-faceted athletes who excel in all-over athleticism, strength, and endurance.

 

Strong Nation Instructor

Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG Nation® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

In each class, you'll burn calories while toning your arms, legs, abs, and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. STRONG Nation™ instructors change up the music and move frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.

 

SCHWINN® INDOOR CYCLING INSTRUCTOR

Indoor cycling often called spinning, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity, and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.
