I've found through many years of study and working with clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences, that the traditional approach to fitness in most cases isn't sustainable. By taking a holistic approach, we get to the root of the problem by identifying chemical, physical and mental stressors that cause weight gain or loss, chronic pain, stress, depression, fatigue, anxiety, poor gut health, and plateauing that can be corrected with proper nutrition, and exercise (form & intensity).
